At moment of booking, the customer accepts the terms and conditions which follows:

1.- Reservations:

 The booking will be accepted when “Els Químics” confirm it by e-mail.

For confirmed the booking this has to be guaranteed with valid credit card issued for known banc (Visa and MasterCard are accepted). “Apartaments Els Químics will not charge anything at your credit card during the reservation phase. This one will pay the total amount at the arrival. In case of high occupation “Apartaments Els Químics” reserve the right to require an advance to confirm the booking. This advance is:

·        One night for stays inferior than of 7 days.

·        Two nights for stays between 7 and 29 days.

·        Three nights of stays longer than 30 days.

2.- Payment:

The booking has to be payed at arrival of client with cash or credit card(Visa and Mastercard are accepted).

For weekly stays Apartments request a deposit of 200€ which will be returned at the end of contract if apartment and furniture apartment are in good state.

For monthly stays the deposit is 300€.

3.- Cancellation Policy:

If for any reason the guest should have to cancel their reservation, either entirely or partially:

• The cancellation or modifications do it until 5 days before the provided arrival date doesn’t have any cost.
• The cancellation or modification later has a cost of one night charged at credit card which the guest gives us.

In the case which client has paidsome advance as says the point 1, this will be totally or partially returned ifthe cancellation policy permits.

4.- Change indates:

if notice is received 5 days or more priorto the rental day, there is no charge. If notice is received in less than 5days, the same conditions described above shall apply in this case.

5.- Number ofpersons and Identification:

Guests should provide the identity numbers of those occupying the apartment. Only persons listed on the reservation formmay occupy the apartment. Animals and pets of any kind are not allowed in the apartments. It is only allow smoking in some parts of the building.

6.- Check-in/Check out

Check-in is permitted Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 13:00 and 15:00to 19:00. Any check-in or check-out out of this time with one stay inferior of 7 days has an extra cost of 30€. Guests must notify us of their estimated time of arrival no later than 2 days prior to arrival. Should this informationnot be provided, we accept no responsibility for any ensuing delays orinconvenience caused to the client.

Guest has to leave the apartment and take his baggage before 12:00h and has to say at reception the provided hour to check the apartment. 

7.- Utilitiesand facilities.

 Sheets and towels are provided and included in the inventory. Kitchen is also provided with all thingsyou can need to cook. Water and electricity charges are included in the rental cost unless in monthly stays, which they are not. Rate per KW: 0,20 €. Water rate: 4,00 € perm3.

8.- Responsibilities:

 Els Químics apartments shall not be held responsible should the lift beyond down or for any other adverse circumstances beyond their control (power cuts, malfunctions in the air-conditioning system,etc.), theft or fire. However, Els Químics apartments will endeavour to ensure that any such incident will be resolved as soon as possible.

If there is no possibility to arrange those problems, and no other apartment to be move in, we shall reimburse the guest with the sum corresponding to the number of days the guest does notoccupy the apartment.

 9.- Conduct:

Guest is responsible for its own conduct and that of those accompanying them. Music devices with speakers and music toolsare not allowed for not disturb the other clients. The breach of that will suppose the expulsion of the customer. Should the guest or a person accompanying them not behave in accordance with the standard code of conduct requested in the contract, Els Químics apartments reserves the right to demand that the guest vacate the apartment without any right to compensation or refund.
